NEW YORK CHEF MAKES CHEESE FROM HIS WIFE'S BREAST MILK

Would you eat breast-milk cheese? New York city chef and new dad Daniel Angerer has intrigued the food world by putting cheese made from his wife's breast milk on the menu at his Klee Brasserie. Angerer's wife supplied two quarts of of breast milk to create small samples of a creation he calls Mommy's Milk cheese. On his blog Angerer says that he got the idea after his daughter was four weeks old and he noticed that they had a surplus of breast milk on hand. His spouse was interested in donating it but in the meantime, with his freezer running out of space, Angerer decided to put some of the excess to good use. He includes a recipe for anyone who wants to do the same. The taste is said to be, like human breast milk itself, a little sweeter than a cow or goat milk version.

HANDSOME CHINESE HOMELESS FASHION ICON

Here's homeless man in China getting famous in the media as the thousands people admire his good look and dressing. He is 5ft 8in and 35 years old and always has a cigarette between his fingers. Some said he looks like Takeshi Kaneshiro and some said he looks like Andy Lau. The man live in Ningbo and he is being called the “Beggar Prince” “Handsome Vagabond,” and, most commonly, “Brother Sharp.” One commenter wrote in response to a picture comparing him to a look from the latest Dolce & Gabbana” on the net.

Dolce & Gabbana show:
"Look at him wrinkle his brow ... nothing needs to be said ... sexy ... "

And another:
"He doesn't really look like a beggar, more like a vagabond. The quality of this person's tops are all not bad, a down jacket, cotton jacket, even a leather jacket inside, and though they're a bit dirty, they're all in good condition, not the kind that beggars find from the trash."

Some say he's a college graduate who lost his mind after his girlfriend left him. Apparently some bloggers who tried to help him wrote that he'd cry out without speaking when approached.

In China, begging is technically illegal, as the Communist Party-run state provides all a citizen could need. In reality, the rapid development of the Chinese economy in the last 30 years has marginalised many.

The local government in Ningbo said it had a policy of looking after the homeless, and that it would extend the same treatment to Mr Sharp. Hmm… says who appearance is not important.
