SAMSUNG GALAXY SPICA GETTING ANDROID 2.1 OS UPGRADE

Samsung has introduced that they have upgraded Samsung Galaxy Spica to the latest Android 2.1 OS. The upgrade will be available in Europe by the end of this month and will be released in Asia afterwards. However, there is no news when the upgrade will reach other countries.

Users who already own Samsung Galaxy Spica can upgrade their phone’s firmware via PC Studio 7, a tool designed to upgrade Samung mobile software, as the update will be available for users to download and install. If you don’t have PC Studio 7, you can download it from Samsung’s official site.

Although I am not a huge fan of Samsung mobiles but for people who want to enjoy the Android 2.1 OS and don’t want to spend a lot of money, they can give Samsung Galaxy Spica a try.

Earlier, when all the other mobile manufacturers had announced the availability of Android 2.1 for their devices, Samsung was the only one left to release any official word on that.

SAMSUNG NEW R1 AND R0 PMP

Samsung has introduced that their R0 PMP will be launched in the US this April, priced at USD$100 for the 8GB and the 16GB model. The Samsung R0 PMP comes with 2.6” TFT LCD, FM Radio tuner, MicroSD and DviX, XviD and H.264 support. The Samsung touchscreen version R18GB will be priced at USD$180 and 16GB will be priced at USD$150 respectively.

LG Cookies has another new sister named Cookies Fresh aka LG GS290. The two phones on the girl hands are the LG Cookie Plus while those on the shelf are the Cookies Fresh. They are heading to Europe this month so as 50 other countries. The LG Cookie Fresh is a lower spec cookie that comes with 2.0 megapixel camera, radio tuner with recording and available in 10 different colors.

NEW YORK CHEF MAKES CHEESE FROM HIS WIFE'S BREAST MILK

Would you eat breast-milk cheese? New York city chef and new dad Daniel Angerer has intrigued the food world by putting cheese made from his wife's breast milk on the menu at his Klee Brasserie. Angerer's wife supplied two quarts of of breast milk to create small samples of a creation he calls Mommy's Milk cheese. On his blog Angerer says that he got the idea after his daughter was four weeks old and he noticed that they had a surplus of breast milk on hand. His spouse was interested in donating it but in the meantime, with his freezer running out of space, Angerer decided to put some of the excess to good use. He includes a recipe for anyone who wants to do the same. The taste is said to be, like human breast milk itself, a little sweeter than a cow or goat milk version.

Here's homeless man in China getting famous in the media as the thousands people admire his good look and dressing. He is 5ft 8in and 35 years old and always has a cigarette between his fingers. Some said he looks like Takeshi Kaneshiro and some said he looks like Andy Lau. The man live in Ningbo and he is being called the “Beggar Prince” “Handsome Vagabond,” and, most commonly, “Brother Sharp.” One commenter wrote in response to a picture comparing him to a look from the latest Dolce & Gabbana” on the net.
